"Hi, my name is Jenny Setiawan. I was born in West Java and grew up in Jakarta until I finished high school. Then I continued my degree in California. After I got married I moved to Central Java, where I learned more about Javanese culture and diversity.

"It's always been my dream to create jewelry, and the rich culture of Java has inspired me to start on my first jewelry collection in 2005.

"At first it was a hobby but soon, a lot of my friends became interested in my designs and wanted to buy and wear them. I want to instill my passion for Javanese culture and nature in my designs. My intention is to have a person wearing my designs to feel beautiful, romantic, and free-spirited, all at the same time."
