"I've been working as a jewelry designer since 2000, when I finished my post-graduate degree in architecture. I design jewelry at my own workshop, according to patterns I find aesthetically harmonious. I avoid geometric shapes; I prefer soft and rounded forms that result in more comfortable and attractive pieces. I tend to design a collection around a central theme, like my 'Botanical Gardens' collection, inspired in Rio de Janeiro's exuberant flora.

"I like incorporating Brazilian gems to enrich my designs. I've always been fascinated with gemstones. I've acquired considerable knowledge on gemology, a very specific science requiring a lot dedication and study. I try to use gems from a reputed source, and properly certified. I chose the gems guided by my own intuition and sensibility. I put a lot of thought into planning how a particular stone will look with certain clothes, or on certain occasions. Another factor I take into account are the current fashion trends, which I follow closely.

"I recently presented my collections at an important event, 'Fashion Rio.' My goal is to promote my work worldwide; I want to learn more and grow. Novica is helping me make my dream come true. I am very happy because now, people from all over the planet can view my work."
